Cijay was formerly from the F&B Industry. His move to Real Estate in 2004 was with the goal to achieve his first million dollars with a manageable schedule.

Given his positive attitude towards striving the best for clients, he is always one of the Top Producers & has achieved his promotion to "Associate District Director" within a short span of time.

He now focuses in team building, leading a dynamic team of more than 200 Associates who are strong in residential properties. He is also Trainer for PropNex’s Crest course & Master Trainer for Zest Consultants.
