About Terence Lai:
Terence Lai is an enthusiastic team leader in Orange EliteAllianz Group with OrangeTee. He holds a Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. A self starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he has proven himself in the real estate industry since joining in 2007 as a young rookie. His extensive experience in the Government sector has given him confidence and equipped him with the requisite skills to deal with estate agency work and people.
Terence is also one of the trainers in Orange EliteAllianz Group where the group provides everyone with strategic learning and professional development with efficiency through competency-based training, practices and innovative programmes.
Currently leading a team of more than 70 salesperson, Terence is committed to help every individual take their first steps to become a high performer in the real estate industry and to always stay relevant in the field.
