Born In Palembang, Indonesia, Sutiono came to Singapore in 1989. His leadership and competitive qualities have shone in his early days of his school life in his various capacities such as Captaining the college team in competitive badminton and other sports.

Sutiono graduated from UNSW Australia with Bachelor Of Materials Engineering (Hons) in 1999. While working on his final year Unversity project, he left such a deep impression with his performance and positive work attitude that he was immediately offered a position in Research work upon graduation. He continued pursuing his interest as an Engineer upon his return to Singapore for the next two years.

The entrepreneurial spirit in him brought him to the next step that saw him leaving his Engineering career. He started his passion and work in Sales & Marketing with Bengawan Solo Pte Ltd. After that, weary of an employment routine, Sutiono decided to strive on his own to work as Financial Advisor with Great Eastern which provided immense opportunities working with people from all walks of life. His entrepreneurial spirit again led him later on to start his own F&B business.

In 2006, Sutiono joined HSR Property Group to work with his former collegue in Great Eastern, PK Soh. Shortly after, Sutiono attended the intensive training under the Mentorship of Industry icon Jeffrey Hong. The mentorships have since changed his life for the better. By the end of the program, Sutiono emerged as the best performer of The Elite Dealmakers course. With focus, hard work and dedicated attitude, Sutiono continues to strive to be among the best, his achievements include:
