Introduction
Raymond Lim started his real estate career with ERA in 2004 and in Eight years, he has been promoted numerous times and is now a Division Director with ERA. He has won several Top Achievers and Division Director Awards and had been the Top 50 Achievers in 2010 & 2011.
Leading a team of about 60 agents, Raymond is someone who believes in “Leading by Example”. He has shown that it is possible to excel in both personal and team sales. And for Raymond, one of his greatest rewards is to witness the success of his people.
Raymond constantly reminds himself to maintain a great Attitude, strong Self-Belief, full Commitment and overwhelming Desire to improve and breakthrough, and to become a great Real Estate Professional. He abides closely to his “A,B,C,D” philosophy in his career.
He holds a Diploma & BSc (Hon) Degree in Real Estate Management and is a certified CEHA equivalent professional.
Raymond is also actively involve in New Home Launches and had Spearheaded several ERA’s New Launch Project like, The Lakefront Residences (by Keppel Land), The Twin Waterfall (by Fraser) & Waterbay (by Qing Jian Realty). Taking up the Role of the Division Director In Charge, he is involved in the Planning, Training, Sales & Operation of the project.
His Vision is to impart his skills and knowledge to as many teammates as possible and to help every individual create a unique business strategy & system.
