Introduction
I am a real estate consultant from Savills. I graduated with Honors in BSc Real Estate in NUS. The course has provided me with both knowledge in Real Estate and instilled in me a sense of professionalism. I distinguish myself from sea of agents by being a consultant rather than an agent. A consultant will provide advice and consultancy services on top of the marketing services that is provided by an agent. He also provides solutions to his client instead of selling them things that they don’t need
A relationship with deceit will not last long yet many agents choose to deceit their client in order to close deals. I believe the only way to establish a lifelong relationship with my clients is to be honest, sincere and responsible.
