Buying and selling property is a major and biggest investment for practically all of us and full, serious considerations are needed before commitment to any property.

As a client, I have experienced both and good (such as listing pro and cons and finding out my requirements) and bad advice(such as rushing me to commit a deal) from salesagents.

Hence, I have decided that should I be a property salesperson one day, I would not like any client to feel compelled or obligated to commit to any deals unwillingly. I would also strive to provide as much information as I could to have my clients make a well-informed decision whether they would deal or not.

For the few years that I have been in this line, the deals I had, has been referrals from past clients and I am indeed very grateful.

Because of the referrals, I am also glad that I have experience dealing in the various types of residential transactions and not limiting to any just one type.
