Hello! I am a seven-year old real estate broker, specialising in Residential properties both in Singapore and Malaysia. I have handled a few commercial properties in these years, however i do admit that it isn't my forte.

Before embarking in the property arena, I was from the logistics and commodities trading industry, exposing me to people from all walks of life and countries. I understand the needs, problems & obstacles facing our citizens, young couples, PRs as well as international investors when it comes getting the RIGHT property. This is because I have friends from these levels and we have many times discussed about the issues at hand even before I was a property broker.

The day eventually came to when I myself am buying my own property. I am blessed because my father happened to be a property broker himself, but he insisted that I learn the laws pertaining to and the market forces that drives the real estate business. I end up being his student, and eventually decided that I can help address many issues my friends and colleagues once had. Now, I am a public servant who offers earnest advice and provides honest professional services to people from all walks of life with all sorts of needs.
