Ideally, with my qualified and extensive experience in Computers - Info Technology, I am able to present efficient, high-quality information when & where required. With my extensive knowledge in various dimensions of properties, I have confidently used my best negotiation skills. Thus, I have always provide my best service with no conflicts of interest.

Most of my first-basis Buyers/ Tenants have even much later; once again contract my services in Selling/ Leasing over the years.

- Providing of floor area/site plans, Indicative or desktop valuation, change of use.
- Issues relating to Development Properties sold by Licensed Developer for Private Residential and Commercial Properties etc.
- HDB Listed Housing Agency with available Resale Net Services or Checklist Eligibility for buyer/seller, apply Valuation report etc
