Introduction
I have been in real estate industry since graduation from NUS with a B Sc. (Estate Management) 2nd class upper hons since early 1990s.
I possess a valuation/appraiser licence and estate agent licence from IRAS. My experience include marketing, valuation, HDB policies/planning, and trainings in RES, CES, CEHA. I am also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV),SAEA & IEA.
