Lester Tan

Lester joined the real estate market in 2004 as a full-time associate, giving up
his family business from his father to handle renovation business as exective managing director.
His belief that a real estate career would elevate him to greater
heights. Since then, Lester has burned his bridges and moved forward, never
looking back on his decision, despite strong objections from his father.
He became actively involved with real estate business.
Lester took less than a year promoted to Senior Division Director and lead a team of 80 agents in his current Company.
Was the youngest and fastest promoted Senior Division Director in real estate history.
Lester has been highly commended for his communication skills, ability to read, motivate and influence people.
A firm believer of training and everyday was a new learning day.

Currently he is leading a team of 280 agents.
