This trip to Vegas has given me a new experience (not forgetting the awesome Niagara Falls...the winter sight). I was standing as close to the Falls as I could and a thought sprang up, is this eternity? Water flowing forever and how long can one's life time last? Flying from coast to coast is really hectic if not crazy.
It's wonderful to be able to attend a Convention of this degree and listen to world class speakers, most captivating and motivating. I still feel the excitement when I think about it.

Well, I am proud to announce that I am a distinguished receipient of the Best Salesperson award. This comes as a surprise to me, as I was not expecting to receive this award. At the same time, it served as a booster to me, giving me recognition for my hard work and reliable service.
In light of this, I will work harder to ensure that all my clients have a wonderful working experience with me.

This is the most prestigious award I have received in my real estate career.


I joined the real estate industry as a property agent in 1995 and since then have worked in renowned companies like DTZ, Jones Lang Lasalle and Coldwell Banker. Always eager to improve my knowledge and skills, I passed the Common Examination for Housing Agents (CEHA) and the NSRS courses long before they became compulsory.

I have been with Re/Max since 2004 as an Associate Director and was promoted to Vice President (Residential) in April 2009 . Re/Max , besides being a household name in the United States, is also one of the biggest real estate companies in the world with a network of more than 6377 offices in 63 countries worldwide.

Throughout my real estate career, I am happy to say that I have always been one of the Top 10 Producers of the companies that I have joined. For 2007 & 2008, I have achieved the Most Consistent Producer award and won a company sponsored trip to the annual Re/Max Business Convention held in Las Vegas. My latest award is for being one of the Top Producers for 2008, which has been presented to me on 16 January 2009 in our beginning of the year company function. I am also part of our company's committee and is very active in organising company events like the annual Dinner & Dance and the company's recreational calendar.

What does all these mean to you as the consumer? Only one thing. Hundreds of houses personally sold by me and years of solid experience in successfully concluding best priced, hassle free property transactions means that when you appoint me, your property will be in the best of hands.
