Introduction
How it started:
After nearly 7 years of studying abroad, Evonne came back to Singapore and pursued a career in advertising. She did internships in M&C Saatchi and TBWA Singapore before stumbling onto property by chance while helping her friends and family sell properties. Finding it a very exciting and rewarding career, she finally pursued it full time.
With 6 years of experience selling more than $100 million worth of private homes and garnering numerous awards, she only focuses on the District 9/ Orchard area and District 15, East Coast Private apartments and landed homes. She consistently achieves transactions at record prices. She has recently sold a Crescent Road Semi-D at a record $1560psf (April 2011).
She also focuses on a beautiful project at the Kallang Bay area called SOUTHBANK and to date has sold more than 38 properties in that development since 2007.
Her positive attitude and approach has helped her maintain and build strong relationships with her clients, assisting them with professional advice, honesty and sincerity. Most of her properties are exclusive listings (because her clients trust her to help them attain the highest possible prices).
She has made some of her clients muti-millionares in assisting them and sharing with them her views on the market and which developments to choose and why.
