The Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) is a local body formed by the merger of 3 real estate bodies in Singapore, namely the Associate of Singapore Realtors (ASR), Association of Singapore Real Estate Agents (ASREA) and the Society of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers’ Accredited Estate Agents (SOCREA).
The objective of IEA is to promote and to protect the interests of estate agents, as well as the interests of Members of the public who engage the services of estate agents. IEA has signed MOUs with many of Singapore Institutions such as Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), and Singapore Mediation Centre.
