Since joining ERA in 2001, Pamela Lim has been accumulating extensive experience in the marketing of the Private and HDB residential properties especially in the Prime and Eastern sectors, which she imparts successfully to her team of Project & Resale Specialists.

In her 4 years in ERA, she has gotten qualified with National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) and Common Exam for Housing Agents (CEHA) certified real estate sales professional. Pamela Lim has also won many awards during her short stint in real estate including ERA Top Achievers from year 2001-2005 and Hersing Silver Award in year 2004.

With all her experience and skills at hand, she had successfully within 1 year led her team to win the prestigious 2004 ERA TOP MANAGER AWARD. Pamela further garnered more real estate skills when she was sent to USA for ERA International training. Recently Pamela was promoted to Division Director in 2006 ERA Singapore Business Conference.

Prior to joining ERA, Pamela was in the IT industry, operated a chain of exclusive beauty salons and was a SIA in-flight stewardess. Though she had extensive management, marketing and international exposure, she realized that her potential was still limited & untapped. After attending ERA Success Seminar in 2001, she was convinced that there wasn’t a better career and she boldly stepped into the real estate industry with ERA.
